Pay non-refundable reservation deposit within 7 days
PAYMENT PLAN
Pay first installment of agreed payment plan
SITE UPDATES
Regular updates on site progress provided throughout the build
NEXT STEPS
Client provided with a guide to the next steps in the process
LEGALS
Introduction to the legal process and your nominated solicitor instructed
CONTRACT
Contract drawn up and issued by Developer’s solicitor
EXCHANGE
Exchange of contracts between both parties’ solicitors
MORTGAGE
Mortgage solutions provided by Lifestyle Brokers to investors
RENTAL MANAGEMENT
Lifestyle introduction to specialist rental management companies
HANDOVER
Development completion and handover of property to client
